The procedure of refund

PLEASE NOTE

by Purchasing tickets online BezKassira.by, You become a party to the Contract of sale of tickets for cultural and entertainment events (Public contract), according to which the Cloud ticket service BezKassira.by provides You with the service of purchasing tickets on the terms specified in the Public contract. The acceptance of these terms, You confirm the fact of payment of the final value of the tickets.

Entrance tickets to cultural and entertainment events can be returned to the event organizer according to Code of the Republic of Belarus on culture 20 July 2016. No 413-Z, article 217 and in accordance with article 195 of the Civil Code of Belarus:

• on the initiative of a citizen or organization – not later than one calendar day before the date of the event. In this case, the citizen or organization that returned the entrance ticket is reimbursed at least 75 percent of the cost of the entrance ticket;
• in case of cancellation, change of the pre-announced time (s) or venue of the event, its replacement by another – on the day of the cancelled (planned) event, as well as other dates set by the organizer of the event. In this case, the citizen or organization that has returned the entrance ticket is reimbursed the full cost of the entrance ticket.

the Service fee, as well as the fee for the service of ticket registration (when buying tickets at the sales points of partners) is not refundable, since the service for the sale of tickets is considered to be provided.

Entrance tickets are returned at the location of the event organizer, and in case of cancellation, change of the pre-announced time (s) or venue of the event, replacing it with another – also at the place of the canceled (planned) event and in other places established by the event organizer.

In case of changes in the pre-announced time (terms) or venue of the event, replacing it with another citizen has the right to attend the event on the basis of the existing entrance ticket.

When paying by credit card On-line refund is made to the same card from which the payment was made.

• transit account for crediting to the card account (specify in the Bank that issued the card);
• Bank code (specify in the Bank that issued the card);

You should also check with the Bank the amount of the Commission charged when credited to the card account and the procedure for payment of the Commission.
