This Public agreement (hereinafter referred to as The "agreement"); determines the order of service, as well as mutual rights, responsibilities and the relationship between Cloud ticketing service BezKassira.by ( hereinafter referred to as “Besisira”), in the person of an Individual entrepreneur Loshakova Vitaly Viktorovich operating on the basis of Certificate of state registration № 690840924, and the buyer of tickets for cultural, sporting, educational and any other events, hereinafter referred to as “Client”, accepted (accepted) public offer (offer) to conclude this Agreement.
the Cashier is not the organizer of any cultural, entertainment, sports or any other mass event (hereinafter "the event"). The cashier sells tickets for events on behalf and at the expense of the organizer. & nbsp; Cashier is not responsible for failed or canceled events, change of date, delay, quality of events and other issues related to the organization of events.
the Cashier is not responsible for losses incurred in connection with the event, including not compensating for the cost of items lost during the event. The rights and obligations related to the purchased ticket are determined and published by the organizer of the event, and under no circumstances shall the Cashier be liable for the content, modification, performance of these rights and obligations. All claims on the event related to the conduct, content, quality, advertising, etc., are presented to the organizer of the event.
If the event is canceled, postponed, or changed venue, time, etc., the Cashier is not obliged to reimburse the cost of the entrance ticket to the client (Code of the Republic of Belarus on culture, paragraph 5 of article 217). The service fee is not returned to the customer, as the service is considered to be provided. Money for tickets for the failed event is returned by the organizer of the event, unless otherwise specified.
the Cashier has no right to set the price and conditions of ticket sale, including does not determine the location of (seated) seats at the event, and the Cashier does not replace, compensate for destroyed, lost, stolen, damaged and other tickets.
the Cashier reserves the right to charge the customer the cost of the service fee (from 50 COP.to 2 RUB. 50 COP.) or to increase the cost of the ticket in agreement with the organizer of the event. The cashier, when selling tickets, has the right to provide additional services to customers for a fee. The amounts received for additional services rendered to customers are the own income of the Cashier. When buying tickets in partner points of sale - an additional fee for the service of ticket issuance (from 90 COP.) may be charged. The cashier is not responsible for the size of the additional Commission partners. The size of the Commission can be specified in outlets of partners of the Cashier. When carrying out promotions (discount, promotional codes, etc.) - the discount percentage applies only to the ticket price, excluding service fees and other additional fees.
the Cashier does not check whether the person providing the ticket is the person purchasing the ticket and is not responsible for any damage caused by it. Only one person can get to the event with one ticket. The viewer is responsible for the safety of the ticket. When visiting the event on the basis of the ticket printed by the Client, the Client is considered to be logged in at the first presentation and(or) scanning of the ticket by the controller. The cashier is not responsible for the authenticity and identification of tickets purchased in undisclosed locations (not at the points of sale of the Cashier and not on the website www.bezkassira.by). The ticket must be kept in a safe place - direct sunlight and high temperatures can spoil the quality of the ticket form and make it difficult to read the bar code.
Performing on the site www.bezkassira.by any action, the Client confirms that he is an adult natural person with full legal capacity to work with this Internet resource; he is a legal entity, a representative of which has all the rights to work with www.bezkassira.by on behalf of the said legal entity; it shall duly comply with all conditions of work with the Cashier.
By purchasing a ticket, the Client confirms that he / she is familiar with the age restrictions for this event< / p>
the Service automatically creates an account using the e-mail specified when buying a ticket to generate and store information about the ticket(s). E-mail is an integral part of the ticket purchase process and can be used by the service to automatically send e-mails of an advertising nature without transfer to third parties. In addition to the e-mail address and password of the Cashier does not verify the identity of the user of the website. The client confirms that the data provided by him / her is provided voluntarily and with the consent of the client. Changes and / or additions to this Agreement shall be made unilaterally by the decision of the Cashier and shall be communicated to the public through the publication of relevant information on the official website www.bezkassira.by.
